Welcome to Athens! October is here and along with it came the cozy Sunday brunches, visits to galleries and museums and new entertaining entries in the city. Of course, if you're visiting you'll need to go to the beach. Just because locals don't it doesn't mean you shouldn't!

Museum of Illusions

The Museum of Illusions in Athens is a new entertaining entry to the capital's vibrant main street, Ermou. Here you will find a space suitable both for social and entertaining tours into the world of illusions which has delighted all generations. It’s a perfect place for new experiences and fun with friends and family. Not only is it a place for children who adore coming, but also a place for parents, couples, grandmothers, and grandfathers.


Monday to Sunday and 10 am to 10 pm.





Guided tour of the Queen's Tower 28/10

The tour guide in the Tower is considered a unique experience. It lasts 2.5 hrs and begins with the reception of the visitors in the buildings of the estate and furthers with the visit to the monument of the Tower ( indoors, outdoors). The tour on the second floor of the Tower always takes place without shoes, in order to protect the marvelous floor (parquet-marquetry) from harm. The tour, also, includes a stroll around the gardens of the estate, its stables, and the organic vineyard, as well as the tour in the winery. At the end of the tour, the visitors have the opportunity of a tasting of our wines accompanied with pies of greens and cheeses.


Scheduled tour guides can take place any day during the week after communication via telephone.



Mouse on Mars live at St Paul`s Sessions, Anglican Church 22/10


St Paul's Sessions are an innovative series of live events showcasing some of the most important ambient, experimental, electronica and modern classical musicians from all over the world - in the beautiful setting of St Paul`s Anglican Church Athens. The legendary Mouse on Mars open the curtain for the third season of St Paul's Sessions 3 with a unique audiovisual show. Mouse on Mars, is an electronic duet from Germany who came forth during the '90s.

The House-Museum of Ioannis Tsarouchis

The Ioannis Tsarouchis Foundation opens the great painter's house and workshop to the audience. Copies of his work along with personal items scattered around the property give the feeling of the artist's everyday habits and influences. The property is located in Marousi neighborhood and can be accessed by public transport.


Visiting hours Monday to Friday 9:00-14:00.


The entrance fee is 3€
